Our Products
Legacy 1841 is a fully integrated operation right from paddock to pack, with a whole-of-animal philosophy. Our dried 'snack' meat range, including Beef Jerky, Biltong and Beef Sticks, all share a deep connection with our raw product sourcing.

ANIMAL WELFARE
All of our animals are raised in the fresh, open air of South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula. Our approach is GMO-free, and we make no unnecessary interventions in their natural lifecycle.

Based in one of South Australia's premier farming regions, we leverage generational expertise and vast, open ranges to breed our cattle. We hand-select only animals of superior quality for our programs.
